Contact Us Within 3 Days:

Customers must contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving their item(s) to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your communication.

Return Item(s) Within 7 Days:

Once you have initiated a return, you have 7 days to post the item(s) back to us. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Shipping Costs:

The cost of shipping the item(s) back to us is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items:

All returned items must be in their original condition. This means the item(s) should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Processing Your Return:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the above conditions, we will process your refund within 3 -5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Small amount of processing fees will be applied through the refund payment system.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable. These include items priced less than $5.
